We'll guide you in selecting the perfect flooring materials based on your style, budget, and lifestyle. We have access to a wide variety of high-quality options from trusted Central Oregon suppliers. We'll also make sure the selected flooring's warranty and instructions work for your particular home and needs.

Scheduling & home prep
We'll work with your schedule to find a convenient installation/demo date and give clear instructions on how to prepare your home for the installation. We prioritize clear and frequent communication throughout the entire process and will have direct access to Devin as your main point of contact.
OPTIONAL: We offer optional furniture/appliance moving and toilet reset services. Our team can carefully move your belongings for protection during installation.

We thoroughly inspect then carefully remove any existing materials (tile, wood, or carpet) while preserving your subfloor and minimizing dust. Next, we thoroughly prepare the subfloor, addressing any issues like unevenness, moisture, or damage. This may involve leveling the floor, moisture control techniques, or ensuring a solid base for your new flooring.
IMPORTANT: Our commitment to proper subfloor preparation is a critical step to making your new floors last as long as possible. Many contractors overlook this step but we standout in this way and prioritize proper installation.

walkthrough & Finishing Touches
Before we consider the job done, we walk you through the finished space to make sure everything meets our high standards and your expectations. After you are 100% satisfied with your new floors, we will reinstall any removed baseboards or install new ones at your request. Any relocated furniture or appliances will be put back in place and we’ll leave your space clean, neat, and ready to enjoy.
